What’s it all about?
I started The Whisky Explorer in 2019 after many months of sharing part of my whisky journey in the form of posts on Instagram
I thought it would be good to start to document my journey in a little more detail, giving like minded enthusiasts and anyone wanting to enhance their exploration of whisky, the opportunity to experience my journey with me.
I’m by no means an expert and don’t proclaim to be. Although I’ve tasted over a hundred drams to date; from single malt, blended malts, single grains, blended grains, bourbons and everything in between; what you read here are purely my thoughts and opinions about them.
That’s the great thing about whisky, it’s so very personal. What one person dislikes another person loves.
